PROMITHEAS-4 consortium (16 Academia Institutions from EU and BSEC countries) has entered in negotiations with EU for the implementation of a project proposal (FP7) under the title "Explore Climate Change scenarios for developing countries and/or emerging economies".

The Board of Directors of the BSEC - Business Council in its 39th meeting in Sofia has accepted ununimously the proposal made by PROMITHEASnet, to proceed investigating the perspectives of establishing a "BSEC Strategic Green Alliance", between Academia and Entrepreuneurship.
